Quick checklist

  • Consent from all speakers
  • Avoid personal identifiers
  • Phone is fine; quiet room preferred
  • 10-20s sample clips for initial review

Submission lengths

  • Initial screening: 10-20s clips
  • Production submission target: 10+ minutes per conversation

What to record

  • Natural conversation
  • Speak naturally in your local dialect to preserve dialect purity
  • Two speakers is ideal
  • 1–3 topics per session

Audio quality basics

  • No music/TV in background
  • Keep mic close
  • Avoid wind noise

What happens next

  • We review your samples and either approve your submission path or share feedback
  • If approved, we confirm scope and pay model
  • We share secure delivery instructions

Minimum rights and consent requirements

  • You own the recordings or have explicit permission to share them
  • All speakers gave informed consent
  • No unresolved personal identifiers in audio/video/transcripts
  • No scraped or unclear-rights material
